I’ve actually purchased one of his W210 E300 Turbodiesels last year as a personal car and am still driving it with zero issues a year later and an odometer reading 284k miles. He’s the guy you want to buy a diesel from. A lot of W164s have been used up at this point and I’m happy to report this is one of the good ones. - Original paint (except on the hatch) - Bi-Xenon heads lights - Heated seats with no cracks - Original window stickers - TONS of recent maintenance - Good tires - Oil cooler seals done This truck has a lot of life left and a ton of charm. My wife and I have been long-time Mercedes fans. That started early for me with my father’s W116 280SE, and my own first Mercedes — a 1985 300TD that carried me (cat and litterbox included) from Dallas to Atlanta back in 2002. Since moving to Atlanta we’ve owned quite a few: W210 turbodiesels (two of them), an X164 CDI, W208 CLK55, W163 ML55, W211 Bluetec, a 2011 G55, and this W164 CDI. Mercedes diesels in particular have always been favorites. This ML has been my daily driver and has been serviced at Auto Benz here in Atlanta. I’ve also handled a few straightforward items myself, including the ERISIN carplay headunit, front rotors with ceramic brake pads (no dust), correcting the factory-installed taillight seals, and replacing the tailgate pump and latch. I asked Stuttgart Steel to represent the vehicle because he is a wonderful photographer and writer, loves these cars and I wanted to give it the proper send-off. My hope is that it goes to someone who will drive it, use it, and enjoy it as much as I have. Thank you for following this auction.
