2008 Nissan GT-R Base

KEY FACTS This 2008 Nissan R35 GT-R is an extensively documented and substantially upgraded example with records going back to 64km delivery mileage, currently showing approximately 110,500 km. Powered by Nissan’s 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged VR38DETT V6, driving all four wheels through a six-speed GR6 dual-clutch transaxle with paddle shift. It is currently tuned for Australian 98 RON fuel by Sam Barros at PowerLabs Tuning, producing approximately 467kW at the wheels on CMS Performance’s rolling road dyno. Original Nissan New Zealand correspondence included confirms that this was the sole GT-R imported by Nissan New Zealand for pre-release promotional activity before later being authorised for sale through City Nissan Takapuna. At 75,070 km in March 2021, the original GR6 transmission was replaced by Dodson Motorsport with a brand-new 2014-specification unit. The work is supported by a NZ$13,000 invoice. At approximately 104,000 km, the car underwent an extensive programme of maintenance and performance work at ST Hitec, with supporting invoices included. The vehicle was imported into Australia in 2025 and is currently registered in Victoria. It passed a Victorian Roadworthy Certificate inspection when imported and registered, and the seller is happy to arrange a fresh RWC for a Victorian buyer. The most recent recorded service was completed in September 2026 at 110,240 km. The car is accompanied by an extensive history file including Nissan New Zealand correspondence, original dealer sale documentation, service records, specialist invoices and dyno reports.
