2009 Mercedes-Benz SL63 IWC Roadster

This 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG IWC Edition is powered by a hand-built 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V-8 engine rated at 518hp and 465 lb-ft of torque, paired with an AMG Speedshift MCT 7-speed automatic transmission. The AMG high-performance braking system features six-piston front brake calipers with 14.2-inch compound rotors and four-piston rear calipers with 13-inch rotors. The 19-inch AMG forged aluminum wheels measure 19x8.5 inches in front and 19x9.5 inches at the rear, with a titanium gray finish and polished faces. The limited-edition roadster was produced in collaboration with watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen to commemorate its partnership with Mercedes-Benz, with 200 examples produced worldwide and 63 offered for sale in the U.S. market. The IWC Edition package carried a $31,475 suggested retail price. It is finished in Designo Magno Cashmere White matte paint and features the AMG matte carbon-fiber exterior package. The interior features Tobago Brown Nappa leather with heated and Active Ventilated multicontour AMG sport seats, Airscarf and matte carbon-fiber trim. IWC-specific appointments include an embossed IWC logo on the center console lid, illuminated AMG door sills and premium black floor mats with Tobago Brown leather piping.
