2012 Lotus Evora

Only 12,804 Miles From New on this exhilarating 2012 Lotus Evora S 2+2 in Solar Yellow Metallic with Ebony Leather Interior. Powering this fantastic Evora is a Supercharged 3.5L V6 engine that develops an eye-watering 345hp. The engine is backed by a proper 6-speed manual transmission and arguably the finest performance chassis available on the road today. This Evora is a sleek, well-equipped example configured in a 2+2 cabin layout that has been driven less than 13k miles since being sold new with an impressive original MSRP of $89,040 (before aftermarket upgrades). The striking Solar Yellow paint is an optional feature, as are the factory installed Technology Package, and the Premium Package. A reversing camera and Star Shield paint protection film were also optioned to this fantastic Evora. Air conditioning, power windows, leather-wrapped sport steering wheel and aluminum trim are all standard features. Upgraded aftermarket exhaust, wheels, side skirts, rear wing, and black vinyl wrapped roof. New dealer-installed clutch and flywheel 1,200 miles ago. Local, WA car since 5/2014 at 2,148 miles. Includes full records back to June 2014 (dealer serviced), books, window sticker and spare remote key. With less than 13k miles from new and at over $30k off original sticker, this fantastic Evora is an excellent opportunity for an extremely spirited driving experience with great value. Alone on a racetrack or bombing along a country road, few vehicles -- even among its impressive competitive set -- can match the sheer stripped-down driving pleasure of the Evora. On a sunny day, howling through a mountain pass, the Evora becomes its own form of therapy. This example shows in outstanding condition throughout, and has had a 71-point inspection at our Lotus of Bellevue factory authorized service center. The Lotus brand is a legend in racing circles. All you really need to know about Lotus is that it builds lightweight, simple, fast cars -- emphasis on lightweight. The Lotus Evora's strengths are its precision and balance. The 4-seat (okay, 2+2) Evora is also the top model in the Lotus lineup, and thus makes a few concessions to comfort with soft leather Recaro sport seats covered in soft leather that cradle the body in corners, while the driver gets to wrangle the race-derived, magnesium flat-bottom steering wheel. The Evora differs from Lotus models past in that it contains modern entertainment and media technology. Power comes from behind the rear seats in the form of a 3.5L V6 engine that develops 276hp -- more than enough for the featherweight Lotus. The brute force created by the standard 3.5-liter is more than enough power to let most drivers push their limits. The engine is mounted directly behind the passenger compartment and when it produces a loud exhaust note, the Evora will send shivers up the spine of any driving enthusiast. The Evora boasts one of the finest performance chassis on the road with Bilstein dampers, Eibach springs, and Lotus / AP Racing-designed brakes to haul it all in. The communicative, firm suspension and stiff body allow for pan-flat cornering, which lets drivers get back on the accelerator early and often. And when the time comes to stop, the powerful racing-derived brakes can bring the Evora to a halt right now.
