KEY FACTS This Mini Inspired by Goodwood is a rare and exquisitely appointed modern classic hot hatch. It is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged inline-four, driving the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. It is one of only 1,000 examples produced worldwide, and one of just 119 UK-market cars, of which only 28 are thought to have been fitted with the manual transmission. The odometer shows just 1,647 miles. EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES As the name suggests, the ‘Inspired By Goodwood’ was produced in conjunction with Rolls-Royce and featured high-quality paintwork in either Diamond Black Metallic or Reef Blue, swathes of rich Connolly leather upholstery across the interior including the dashboard and door cards, burr walnut veneered inlays, lambswool carpets, a leather-trimmed boot liner, and a cashmere headliner, sun visors, and rear storage trays. The model was based on the Cooper S, and featured that car’s running gear. In line with its billing as a luxury model, it omitted the paddle shifts and bonnet scoop of the sportier Cooper S and was fitted with polished chrome exterior trim as well as clear glass. This example is finished in Diamond Black metallic paintwork over a Cornsilk leather-trimmed interior, accented by Burr Walnut veneer and Cashmere headlining. It rides on 17-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.
