2012 Porsche Boxster Spyder

Developed as the lightest and most driver-focused iteration of Porsche’s 987-generation Boxster, the Boxster Spyder combines a naturally aspirated 3.4-liter flat-six engine with a lightweight roadster body, sport-tuned suspension, and distinctive double-hump rear decklid. Weight-saving measures include aluminum doors, a lightweight manually operated fabric roof, and a revised rear decklid, while its lowered suspension and enhanced performance equipment further distinguish it from the standard Boxster S. This 2012 example is finished in Black over Black leather upholstery and features a desirable 6-speed manual transmission, Sport Chrono Package Plus, Sport Exhaust System, bi-xenon headlights with dynamic cornering, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation. Originally delivered through Porsche Huntington in New York in August 2011, the car has a documented four-owner history and has resided in Texas since 2019. Finished in Black with contrasting silver Porsche stripes, this Boxster Spyder features unique lightweight bodywork highlighted by a low-profile windshield, sculpted rear decklid with twin aerodynamic humps, and a manually operated fabric soft top. Additional exterior details include a revised front fascia with enlarged air intakes, side air intakes, a rear spoiler, central dual exhaust outlets, and factory 19” Boxster Spyder wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps. This example was additionally optioned with bi-xenon headlights featuring Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) with dynamic cornering functionality. The seller describes the exterior as being in excellent overall condition, noting only slight hazing of the headlamp lenses. The factory wheels are mounted with four recently installed Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 235/35R19 at the front and 265/35R19 at the rear.
