We just sold a 19 E63 wagon that received a 50k service in March. The CF mentioned everything except spark plugs but when we called the dealer they confirmed plugs were included. Carfax isn't the bible and there's ways to get more information. Especially the service being very recently completed. I requested the VMI, but haven’t received it yet, because as we all know when service centers report to Carfax there are sometimes items that were done that were not notated and transcribed to the Carfax.
