Single-owner 2016 Subaru WRX STI built as a streetable HPDE / track day car. 39k miles on the chassis and approximately 10k miles on the built motor. Clean title, title in hand, zero accidents. Purchased new from Maita Subaru with 5 miles on the odometer. The car was built to be usable in the real world while still being fully capable at the track. It can handle normal street driving, errands, and local use, then be driven to a track day, run multiple sessions, and drive home with the A/C on without issue. Garage kept its entire life and meticulously maintained. $32,500 OBO Reason for sale: I am not fully committed to selling, but I feel ready to move into something new. The car has no major maintenance or refresh items coming due in the near future, so if it does not sell over the summer, I will likely continue enjoying it and tracking it until the right next car comes along. The car is garage kept on a battery tender and typically only comes out on weekends, aside from occasional track days in the spring and fall.
