2016 Tesla Model S 75D

This 2016 Tesla Model S is powered by electric motors and is equipped with Full Self-Driving. Tesla upgraded the Full Self-Driving computer from the original Hardware 2 system to HW3 at no charge. The car was also upgraded from its original MCU1 Media Control Unit to MCU2, which provides streaming and gaming capability while charging. It has free unlimited Supercharging that transfers with the car, Full Self-Driving for life and free Premium Connectivity for life. The Full Self-Driving equipment provides four-side dashcam and Sentry Mode functionality as well as the ability to remotely maneuver the car using the key fob. The Subzero Cold Weather Package includes a heated steering wheel, heated seats, heated wipers and heated windshield-washer fluid dispensers. Exterior equipment includes an opening sunroof. The interior features real Figured Ash Wood dashboard trim, auto-dimming rearview and side mirrors and a touchscreen. HomeLink is pre-installed for compatible garage-door operation. Additional features include scheduled climate control and parental controls that can limit maximum speed and acceleration, as well as provide speed and curfew notifications. Tesla uncorked the electric motors through a performance update that added approximately 80hp and reduced the stated 0-60 mph time from 5.2 seconds to approximately 4.2-4.3 seconds. The battery is stated to show 8% degradation, with the display showing 239 miles of rated range or 299 miles of ideal range on a full charge.
