That is actually 3M PPF that I had leftover, applied to the bumper area to keep it scratch free, but it's bubbling right next to the gasket. I happened to have a complete set of Continentals from another car in my fleet, and decided to move them over when I upgraded the other car's wheels and tires. I'm not a huge fan of run-flat/mobility tires, but I still have the original Goodyear "mobility" tires and they are in great condition.
