2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara

This fantastic 2019 FORTEC Custom Jeep is based on a Sahara platform. As a lift kit we used a 3.5" Teraflex suspension kit with FALCON SP2 3.3 piggyback shocks and a FOX 2.0 TS steering stabilizer. To optimize the ride, a Steersmarts sector shaft brace, JKS geometry correction brackets and a heavy duty trackbar were installed. The suspension allows for 37x12.50R17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/Ts on Black Rhino "Kelso" wheel in 17x9 with -18mm Offset, which means that the stance is a good bit wider than it would be with factory tires and wheels. The spare tire is supported by a RR heavy duty tire support. An LED light ring in the spare tire replaces the outdated factory 3rd brake light. To regain power that is usually lost when installing oversized tires, we changed the the axle ratio to 4:88 with Yukon gears and heavy duty axle differential covers. Also the brakes were upgraded toy Powerstop rotors and pads.
