2020 Land Rover Defender Dolus

Vehicle Description 2020 Land Rover Defender $59,998 "This one-of-a-kind car was specifically designed and built for the film ""Locked"" at a staggering cost of $1.3 million. Based on a 2020 Land Rover Defender, only two were made – one for the interior and hero shots, and one for the intense stunt driving sequences. This Dolus is the hero car, used for all the iconic close-ups and dramatic moments in the movie. This stunning vehicle features a full custom body design, intricate interior details, and eye-catching lighting that gives it an otherworldly feel. We acquired the Dolus directly from the film set, in set-used condition, including all special effects – yes, that's a bloody interior (all special effects, of course!). Not since Christine has there been a star car like this one! Many cars have appeared in movies, but very few become the central focus of the entire story. That is what makes this vehicle so special. This is one of the rare elite movie cars where the film revolves almost entirely around the vehicle itself. In many ways, the car is the true star of the movie, sharing top billing with Anthony Hopkins and Bill Skarsgård as one of the three main stars of the production. That makes it far more significant than a background prop or brief on-screen appearance. This is the kind of vehicle that naturally draws a crowd. People are intrigued the moment they see it and want to know its story. Then comes the best part- you get to tell them it was the featured hero car used throughout a major feature film. That combination of standout design and authentic Hollywood provenance creates an ownership experience few vehicles of any kind can offer. Although it still runs and drives, its greatest value is as a collectible showpiece and conversation starter. It would be an incredible addition to a private collection, dealership showroom, museum, themed business, promotional venue, or anyone wanting a centerpiece guaranteed to get noticed. In a world full of predictable collector cars, this offers something refreshingly different and genuinely one-of-a-kind. Because it is based on a modern Land Rover platform, it has real substance behind the styling-not simply a static prop. Yet what you are truly acquiring is a rare opportunity to own an authentic piece of film history with unmistakable presence. If you want something people stop to admire, ask about, photograph, and remember, this Dolus delivers in a way few vehicles ever can."
