2022 Ford Shelby GT500 KR Heritage Edition Widebody

This 2022 Ford Shelby GT500KR Heritage Edition Widebody is powered by a 5.2-liter V-8 engine with a polished 3.8-liter Whipple supercharger rated at over 900hp, paired with a Tremec seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The drivetrain features heavy-duty performance half-shafts with hardened wheel studs. It is equipped with a Borla cat-back exhaust system with stainless-steel tips, upgraded dual heat exchangers, a high-volume intercooler, recalibrated MagneRide adaptive suspension with height-adjustable springs and Ford Performance heavy-duty sway bars. It rides on Shelby one-piece 6061-T6 forged-aluminum wheels measuring 20x11 in front and 20x11.5 in the rear. Finished in Brittany Blue with white stripes, the exterior features a Shelby widebody conversion, lightweight dry carbon-fiber hood with functional dual air extractors, front splitter, rear diffuser and Gurney flap, with the latter three components also constructed from carbon fiber. The interior features a rear-seat delete, roll bar and Shelby 60th Anniversary CSM sequential dash plaque. The car is also fitted with a corresponding CSM engine-bay plaque. The build was completed by Xcentrick AutoSports, one of two Shelby-licensed dealers in Canada, and is one of 60 produced for the 2022 60th Anniversary. 7,962 actual kilometers (4,947 miles).
