Description
Developed by Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse division for its single-make Super Trofeo one-make racing series, the Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 entered competition in 2022 with revised bodywork co-developed with Centro Stile. It delivers a factory-rated 620 HP from a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10, sending power to the rear wheels through a 6-speed X-Trac sequential gearbox. Exposed carbon-fiber bodywork, Öhlins Racing adjustable coilovers, and a fully race-prepared cockpit mark it as a purpose-built competition car rather than a road-going Huracán. Reportedly campaigned by a single racing team since new, this 2022 example is now being offered for auction in California on a bill of sale.
The bodywork is formed from exposed carbon fiber and incorporates a roof scoop, an omega-style front splitter, an adjustable rear wing, a rear diffuser, louvered engine covers, and wheel-well vents. LED light clusters and lightweight acrylic windows are fitted, along with OMP tow straps. The car rides on 18" Speedline center-lock wheels wrapped in Hankook Ventus tires. As a used competition car, the seller notes minor imperfections consistent with track use, including a light scratch on the right door, and describes the car as otherwise free of major damage.
Inside, a roll cage with door bars surrounds a single OMP racing seat bearing Automobili Lamborghini script and fitted with a multi-point harness. Microsuede covers the dash, instrument binnacle, and center console, while red cable pulls pass through the carbon-fiber door panels. A quick-release OMP steering wheel sits ahead of column-mounted shift paddles and a MoTeC C185 digital display with data-logging capability. Additional equipment includes a fire suppression system, a rearview camera mirror, a Motorola radio, and Safecraft safety nets.
