Description
This 2023 Aston Martin AMB 001 is a track-only collaboration between Aston Martin and Brough Superior and is one of 100 examples produced. It was purchased new by its current owner from the manufacturer, SA Boxer Motors of Saint-Jean, France, in September 2023 and subsequently imported to the US in January 2024. The bike is powered by a turbocharged 997cc 88-degree V-twin mated to a six-speed transmission and features carbon-fiber bodywork finished in Stirling Green and exposed gloss with Lime Essence accents as well as a hand-stitched saddle brown leather solo seat, an aerodynamic front wing, an aluminum handlebar, rear-set foot controls, LED lighting, and a two-into-one Inconel exhaust system. The billet backbone frame, Fior-type fork, rear swingarm, and 17″ wheels come from CNC-machined aluminum, and additional equipment includes triple disc brakes, front and rear monoshocks, and progressive rear suspension linkage. Intended for display or off-road use only, this AMB 001 is now offered at no reserve in Pennsylvania by a BaT Local Partner on behalf of its current owner with certificates of authenticity and origin, an original sales invoice, import documents, manufacturer’s literature, a rear paddock stand, a coffee table book, a smartphone, a battery charger, and a bill of sale. The AMB 001 is the first motorcycle to wear Aston Martin wings. The carbon-fiber bodywork of this example, like all AMB 001s, is finished in Stirling Green on top, glossed with Lime Essence accents below, and mounted over a CNC aluminum backbone frame that is bolted directly to the stressed-member engine and joined with a carbon-fiber rear subframe via machined titanium supports. An aerodynamic wing that draws inspiration from Aston Martin’s trademark S-curve grille is attached on the bottom edge of the front cowl, and additional equipment includes rear-set foot controls.
