On the VMI the vehicle had a thermostat issue and has bee nat the dealership twice. It was bought back and repaired by Mercedes. Anything that MB replaces due to a buyback, that part is given a 120,000 miles warranty. The DRVU was recoded. That is what has been replaced and repaired. The C43 has a full active warranty and does not have any issues what's so ever. The ECU did not have any issues, not sure if that has been entered by mistake in the listing. It was only the thermostat and DRVU coding. I have the VMI and the disclosure from Mercedes that I can share.November 22nd, 2024 at 1:20pm ESTStudioDude (3) 0can you provide some more clarity about the ECU problem? Seems like this may have been a problem with the 2023 model year.
