This 1967 Cadillac Eldorado is finished in metallic brown over a beige interior and powered by a 429ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. The car was finished from the factory in Doeskin (44) and repainted sometime under prior ownership. Details include polished rocker panel trim, vacuum-operated headlight doors, optional Soft Ray tinted glass, and a power antenna. A replacement windshield, and door, trunk, and window weatherstripping are said to have been installed under current ownership.
Steel 15″ wheels with polished covers are wrapped in 255/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes were reportedly overhauled during current ownership with a replacement master cylinder, front calipers and pads, lines, and rear brake shoes. Suspension refreshment included overhauling the auto-leveling compressor and replacing the rear shocks, CV joints and boots, and front bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, and wheel bearings.
The interior was finished from the factory in beige (444) and was reportedly refreshed under current ownership with vinyl and fabric sourced from SMS Auto Fabrics. Features include a power-adjustable bench seat, automatic climate control, air conditioning, electric windows, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, an AM radio, and a hidden Bluetooth compatible stereo. Aftermarket sound insulation was installed along with a replacement climate control rotary valve and blower motor per the seller. A replacement aftermarket carpet kit with underlay is included in the sale.
A three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph horizontal speedometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer displays 75k miles.
The 429ci V8 was factory rated at 340 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. The engine was reportedly overhauled and bored .020″ over during current ownership. The four-barrel Quadrajet carburetor was refreshed, the radiator re-cored, and PerTronix electronic ignition was installed. Additional work is said to have included replacement of the following components:
Water pump, alternator, and starter
Thermostatic fan clutch
Rubber and steel fuel lines and fuel filter element
In-tank fuel level sender
Fusible wiring links
Power is routed to the front wheels via a TH425 three-speed automatic transmission.
