The Series 62 was restyled for the 1950 model year and featured a single-piece curved windshield, revised rear panel styling, additional chrome trim, and a larger front grille compared to the 1949 model. This example is one of 6,986 convertibles produced for the model year. Features include an antenna, a driver-side mirror, and a fuel filler cap mounted behind the left taillight. The tan soft top was reportedly installed under the seller’s ownership along with a matching top boot.
The red-painted steel wheels wear full chrome covers and are mounted with 8.20-15 BFGoodrich Silvertown bias-ply whitewall tires. A matching spare wheel and tire with a baby moon hubcap are mounted in the trunk. Stopping power is provided by hydraulic drums at all four corners.
