1963 Austin Mini Countryman

This 1963 Austin Mini Countryman is a left-hand-drive example that was acquired by the current owner in 2020 and was the subject of a multi-year refurbishment completed in 2024. Work included the installation of a 1,275cc A+ inline-four, a replacement four-speed manual transaxle, and front disc brakes as well as a repaint in Speedwell Blue, replacing the exterior wood trim, and upholstering the interior in tan leather with plaid cloth seat inserts. Additional features include 10″ steel wheels, a wood-rimmed Mountney steering wheel, an Ash wood dashboard panel, and replacement Smiths instrumentation. This Mini Countryman is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with service records and a clean California title in the current owner’s name. During the aforementioned refurbishment, the body was refinished in Speedwell Blue with a white roof, and replacement wood trim sourced from Woodies of Chichester in the United Kingdom was installed. Exterior details include a wavy grille, body-color front wheel arch extensions, dual side mirrors, and barn-style rear doors.
