Description
This 1967 Porsche 911S coupe was reportedly campaigned to a class victory in the 2003 La Carrera Panamericana and was previously featured on BaT in January 2013 . The car was subsequently purchased on an episode of Fast N’ Loud by a previous owner, who commissioned a refresh performed at Kundensport in Oxnard, California, shortly after the acquisition. The car was refinished in its original shade of Polo Red and has a rebuilt five-speed manual transaxle, which is connected to a replacement 2.0-liter flat-six from a 1967 911 coupe. The car is also equipped with Fuchs wheels, racing bucket seats, a roll bar, and a front-mount oil cooler. Previously listed on BaT in June 2020 and acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this SWB 911S is now offered in California as part of the Iconic Collection from Private Collection Motors with a Montana title. A refurbishment was carried out in 2003 to prepare the car for the La Carrera Panamericana race, and additional work was performed by Kundensport in 2014. In 2018, the car was refreshed again with rust repair, re-chromed brightwork, and a repaint in its original Polo Red. Modifications include deleted front bumperettes and a replacement windshield, and driving lights have been added since the last listing.
