1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Nomad

This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Nomad was sent to Dutchboys Hotrods of Vicksburg, Michigan, by the owner in 2019, and the build was completed in 2023. Power is provided by a supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 paired with a Bowler Performance 4L80-E four-speed automatic transmission. The chassis was modified with Detroit Speed suspension components and C6 Corvette-sourced brake hardware. After the build was finished, the car won Goodguys Builder’s Choice awards in Columbus in 2023 and Dover in 2024. The build was also featured in the August 2024 issues of All Chevy Performance and In The Garage Media. This Chevelle Nomad is now offered in Pennsylvania on dealer consignment with a car cover and a Delaware title. The car left the factory in Glacier Blue and was refinished in BASF Tahoe Turquoise during the Dutchboys build. The brightwork was restored by Advanced Plating, and exterior details include an SS-style hood, Holley Bright Drive headlights, LED taillights, and 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass side mirrors.
