1973 Porsche 911E Coupe 5-Speed

This 1973 Porsche 911E coupe was sold new at Bill Stremmel Porsche-Audi in Reno, Nevada, and is said to have been placed into storage by its original owner in 1989, remaining there until 2013, when it received a replacement brake master cylinder, hydraulic timing-chain tensioners, and a stainless-steel Dansk exhaust system. The next owner purchased the car in 2015 and overhauled the suspension and braking systems before the car was acquired by the selling dealer in 2021, listed on BaT in June 2021 and again in October 2021 , and sold to its previous owner in 2022. Service since then has included changing the oil, adjusting the front wheel bearings, and replacing the batteries. Finished in Sepia Brown over brown leatherette upholstery, the car is powered by a 2.4L flat-six paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes 15″ Fuchs wheels, tinted glass, European-market headlights, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio, a heater and defroster, and a heatable rear window.
