Description
This 1974 Jensen-Healey Mk II roadster was purchased used by the seller in 1976 with a few thousand miles on its odometer, and it now has 58k miles. The car received bodywork and was repainted in red in 1995, and the bucket seats have been reupholstered in black vinyl. Components replaced in 2025 included the timing belt and tensioner, water pump, distributor, and battery as well as the control-arm bushings and the rear wheel cylinders. Power is supplied by a 2.0-liter Lotus twin-cam inline-four linked to a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes dual Stromberg carburetors, turbine-style 13″ alloy wheels, front disc brakes, a black soft top, and an AM/FM radio. This Jensen-Healey is now offered at no reserve with a removable hardtop, a tonneau cover, service records, and a Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name. The seller tells us that the rear fenders and the rocker panels were replaced in 1995 prior to the repaint. Exterior equipment includes recessed front turn signals, a driver-side mirror, black rub strips, black side stripes with Jensen-Healey lettering, black-painted rocker panels, a quick-release fuel cap, dual exhaust outlets, and black-accented chrome bumpers. The folding black convertible top is pictured in the gallery below, and its vinyl rear window is foggy. Rust holes on top of the driver-side fender and in the passenger-side rocker panel are depicted in the gallery along with other imperfections.
