1977 Porsche 911S

This 1977 Porsche 911S Coupe was delivered new on June 9, 1977, through Centennial Porsche Audi in Portland, Oregon, to Kolsky/Rose Advertising Photography, Inc., a firm the seller reports was owned by Peter Kolsky, a Nike Vice President who managed corporate graphics during the launch of the Air Jordan line. Originally finished in Cockney Brown, the car was repainted Black under previous ownership and fitted with welded steel SC-style rear fender flares, anodized 16” RSR-style Fuchs wheels, European-spec Bosch H4 headlights, and a European-style rear exhaust outlet. Its 2.7-liter flat-six has been upgraded with racing camshafts, a Perma-Tune ignition system, an 11-blade cooling fan, 930 Turbo lower valve covers, a front-mounted oil cooler, and a TUBI-style performance exhaust. Additional upgrades include ATE brake calipers, cross-drilled front rotors, a Stomski Racing precision shift coupler, and a front strut-tower brace. Factory equipment includes an electric sunroof and air conditioning, while the Cork interior features a MOMO Monte Carlo steering wheel. Acquired by the current Austin-based owner in 2024, the car has since been driven approximately 6,800 miles and received more than $28k in documented specialist work from Moorespeed and Team CJ. This tastefully modified and extensively serviced 911S is now being offered for auction in Texas with approximately 114k miles.

Originally finished in Cockney Brown (408), the body was repainted in its current Black finish under previous ownership and modified with welded steel SC-style rear fender flares for a wider stance. In April 2024, Taurus Auto Detailing performed a multi-stage paint correction and applied a ceramic coating. Exterior details include European-spec Bosch H4 headlights, anodized 16” RSR-style Fuchs wheels with Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires, a factory electric sunroof, and a European-style rear exhaust outlet.
