1986 Porsche 911 Turbo

This 1986 Porsche 911/930 Turbo is powered by its matching-numbers turbocharged engine paired with its matching-numbers manual transmission and original drivetrain. The engine, transmission, driveline and brake systems were disassembled, inspected, cleaned and resealed during 18 months of servicing at 911 Design in Montclair, California. The belts, hoses, oil lines and oil cooler were replaced or upgraded. The air-conditioning compressor was rebuilt and converted to an R-134 system. The car rides on professionally spaced chrome 16-inch Fuchs wheels that fitted with Pirelli P Zero tires (205/55 front and 245/45 rear). It retains its original factory S6S6 White Gold Metallic paint, which was professionally corrected, polished and ceramic-coated, and new rear stone guards were installed. The factory VB Brown leather interior features driver and passenger power sport seats with electric height adjustment, an electric sunroof, steering wheel with raised hub and an alarm system. A Porsche Classic radio with navigation, Bluetooth and a microphone was installed with Pioneer speakers in the factory locations. The working original Blaupunkt “Monterey” radio accompanies the car. It also retains its original tool kit, inflatable spare, jack, air compressor, owner’s manuals, both keys, flare kit and factory first-aid kit. The car was single-family owned from its original purchase through 2014 and has maintenance records dating from 1987 to the present. It was delivered to Porsche of San Diego and received a Porsche Classic Technical Certificate and Factory Production Specification on 12/13/2024. It was awarded First in Class at the San Marino Motor Classic on June 14, 2026, its first concours event.
