Description
Featuring the Turbo-derived headlights and 3.6-liter flat-six of the facelifted 996, the 2002 Carrera Coupe represented a more powerful evolution of Porsche's first water-cooled 911. This example is finished in Carrara White over a Black interior and pairs a desirable 6-speed manual transmission with its 3.6-liter flat-six. Benefiting from an LN Engineering IMS bearing upgrade performed at around 30k miles, along with a new clutch, dual-mass flywheel, and numerous seals, this 996 is now being offered for auction in Montana with just over 31k miles showing on the odometer.
For 2002, the Carrera received a facelift with a revised front fascia and new headlights derived from the Turbo. This example is finished in Carrara White and features an electric sunroof, a speed-activated rear spoiler, dual exhaust outlets, and aftermarket 18" Fikse wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires from 2017. The seller states that no paintwork has been performed and no paint protection film has been applied. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the front seats are upholstered in Black leather, and features include a Porsche CDR-220 stereo with a HiFi sound system, cruise control, automatic climate control, and floor mats with Porsche lettering. The seller notes some scuffs on the driver's side door sill and describes the interior as otherwise in excellent condition.
