Description
This 2005 Lotus Elise was acquired by the current owner, an Air Force service member, in 2006. While they were stationed in Germany, the car was subject to a variety of modifications by Komo-Tec GmbH in Mendig before returning to the US circa 2024. Work performed included supercharging the 1.8-liter inline-four with a BOE Fabrication kit, installing 17″ Team Dynamics wheels, Komo-Tec KoBra 4-2 brakes, Nitron Fast Road suspension, a baffled aluminum oil pan, a custom muffler, and LED taillights, and a repaint following the installation of a Series 3-style clamshell and an aerokit. Shifting is via a six-speed manual transaxle, and the black leather cockpit features air conditioning and a Blaupunkt CD stereo. This modified Elise has 68k miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a body-color roof panel, two soft tops, the owner’s manual, service records, and a clean Florida title in the current owner’s name. While the car was located in Germany between 2013 and 2024, it underwent a series of modifications that were completed by Komo-Tec GmbH. In 2015, the transverse 1.8-liter 2ZZ-GE inline-four was outfitted with a BOE Fabrication REV 400 supercharger kit, an uprated pulley, and a baffled aluminum oil pan prior to rolling-road dynamometer tuning. In 2024, the Blackwatch Racing exhaust system was equipped with a custom-fabricated rear muffler.
