2024 Porsche 356

DescriptionThis Porsche 356 Speedster replica was produced by Street Beasts of Miami, Florida, and was acquired as an incomplete kit by the seller in 2021, who subsequently completed assembly of the car in October 2023. It is powered by a rebuilt air-cooled 1,800cc flat-four featuring a full-flow oiling system, forged connecting rods, an Engle camshaft, dual Weber carburetors, and a Pertronix ignition system. The fiberglass body is finished in blue metallic over black vinyl upholstery, and shifting is through a four-speed manual transaxle. Additional details include a black removable soft top and side curtains, front disc brakes, 15? Vision wheels, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a heater, and a Pioneer CD stereo. Mounted over a tube chassis, the fiberglass bodywork is finished in PPG blue metallic and features a black removable soft top and side curtains as well as flared fenders, T-bar bumperettes, a driver-side mirror, a single-grille decklid, and teardrop taillights. Black-finished 15? Vision 141 five-spoke wheels feature chrome lips and are mounted with Kumho Ecsta AST tires. Stopping is provided by front discs and rear drums, and the seller notes that a majority of the suspension, brake, and steering system components were replacement pieces installed during the build. The cockpit features bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl, and interior appointments include a heater, a height-adjustable rearview mirror, Infinity Reference speakers, and a Pioneer CD stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. The air-cooled flat-four is said to have been sourced from a 1973 Volkswagen and has been rebuilt to displace 1,800cc. Replacement components included a 74mm crankshaft, forged chromoly I-beam connecting rods, and an 88mm piston and cylinder kit. It also received an Engle W-110 camshaft, a CB Performance Maxi 30 full-flow oil pump, Pertronix ignition components, and dual 40mm Weber carburetors. The car is titled as a 2024 ASPT using the Florida-assigned identification number FLA130662. The title carries a brand of “ASSMBL PARTS” and states “6 MI 01/11/2024 NOT ACTUAL” in the odometer status field. Read More
