Description
Classic Buggy · 1,914 cc air-cooled flat-four, single carburettor · Four-speed manual · Brilliant Golden Orange metalflake over cream · 209 miles · Built new 2025 A Meyers Manx Classic Buggy built new in 2025 to Bruce Meyers' 1964 shape — the design that started the dune buggy and, in November 1967, won the first Mexican 1000 outright. It shows 209 miles. The hand-laid fibreglass body is finished in Brilliant Golden Orange metalflake, carried through the cockpit tub, the dash face and the floor, against cream Mobelwagen capless wheels on all-terrain tyres and a cream bikini top. Power is a 1,914 cc air-cooled flat-four on a single carburettor, with Meyers Manx crest valve covers and a stainless steel Sidewinder exhaust, driving the rear wheels through a four-speed manual gearbox; the suspension runs Meyers Manx / King shock absorbers. Inside are PRP Elite XL seats in cream vinyl with tweed inserts striped in orange and gold, a cream two-spoke wheel with a Wolfsburg-crest horn button and a single Volkswagen-pattern speedometer. Twin chrome pod headlamps, a MANX script badge and a B. F. Meyers & Co. plate surround complete it.
